[Eril-l] Access problems with Ad$pender

I'm playing the "it's you, not us" game with Kantar Media right now as I
try to figure out our access problems with the Ad$pender database. For a
few days, we were seeing this error message from the vendor as soon as we
got past our EZproxy authentication page:

"Too many users from your office or company are logged in right now. Please
try again later."

This error message is itself an error, as the vendor confirmed that no one
else from our school was logged into the database when I was seeing the
error message.

After showing the vendor via screensharing that error message, their IT
people are now saying we should check with our campus IT folks to see if
there have been any changes or reasons why this happening. Today, that
error message now says "Not authorized." I suspect that the problem is on
their end but want to see if anyone else is able to access Ad$pender right
now.
