The Harvard Library is currently seeking applications for Senior Operations Librarian for Assessment and Discovery. Please share with any candidates you may think be interested.
As a member of the Electronic Resources unit within the Electronic Resources and Serials Section, under the supervision of the Manager, E-Resources, the incumbent will actively participate in the electronic resources life cycle, mentoring eResources Unit and other ITS employees; and actively working across departments to optimize our discovery solutions. As the team leader for discovery & assessment, they will collaboratively establish and communicate priorities and procedures, seek ways to improve services and achieve efficiencies, and manage workflows in accordance with the Libraries' strategic priorities. They will also actively work across departmental lines in an environment where collaboration, innovative thinking, customer service, fostering an inclusive environment, and creative problem solving are all highly valued.

Salary Range (Grade 57): https://hr.harvard.edu/salary-ranges Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. The amount will vary based on the position and the candidate's relevant experience.
