<p class="MsoNormal">As a member of the Electronic Resources unit within the Electronic Resources and Serials Section, under the supervision of the Manager, E-Resources, the incumbent will actively participate in the electronic resources life cycle, mentoring
eResources Unit and other ITS employees; and actively working across departments to optimize our discovery solutions. As the team leader for discovery & assessment, they will collaboratively establish and communicate priorities and procedures, seek ways to
improve services and achieve efficiencies, and manage workflows in accordance with the Libraries’ strategic priorities. They will also actively work across departmental lines in an environment where collaboration, innovative thinking, customer service, fostering
an inclusive environment, and creative problem solving are all highly valued.<o:p></o:p></p>
