Reporting to the Head of Content Services, the Digital Strategies & Systems Librarian works collaboratively with library and archives employees, as well as campus-wide partners and vendors to provide leadership in systems and other library technology. This person in this role provides collegial guidance in associated policies, workflows, and procedures in order to support the teaching and scholarship of the Winthrop community. The successful candidate implements a guiding leadership ethos, applies creative approaches to problem solving, and considers the Association of College & Research Libraries' Core Organizational Values - and Winthrop University's values - of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in their daily and collaborative work.
