Hi Wendy,

When I got a quote a few months ago, I was in contact with Jamie jamie at marqueearts.tv (response times were generally a bit slow, though).

Just fyi, at that time they didn't have the ability to handle proxy access, offering only a single shared login. Nor was there a title list. Basically, it just sounded like they really weren't prepared to handle institutional subscriptions yet.
