Hi Emily,
I'm so glad you brought this up. We're in a similar boat at UF. We were working with our APS representative in December and have outstanding questions regarding our renewals. The last I heard from them was December 14th. We've tried in earnest to get a response from any contact listed on their site but have heard nothing since then. I even tried using their generic Contact form<https://librarians.aps.org/contact> but no dice.
I wish I had suggestions for contacts, but I've tried every possible contact on their site and am getting nothing.
Please do share if you get a good lead!
Thanks,
Erin

Subject: [Eril-l] Contacts for APS.org?
[External Email]
Hello,
We have an access issue with APS.org American Physical Society since January. The tech support person we were working with just stopped responding. The person said they had a family emergency and had to cancel, and didn't respond to a follow up email. Probably the emergency is ongoing and I understand that. I've sent emails to subs at aps.org<mailto:subs at aps.org> customercare at aps.org<mailto:customercare at aps.org>, asking if we can return to working on resolving this, and gotten no response.
Does anyone have a contact for someone at aps.org I could reach out to? I'm guessing they're a small org and very busy, but we do need to resolve this access issue.
thanks in advance for any guidance,
Emily
