<p class="MsoNormal">I’m so glad you brought this up. We’re in a similar boat at UF. We were working with our APS representative in December and have outstanding questions regarding our renewals. The last I heard from them was December 14<sup>th</sup>.
We’ve tried in earnest to get a response from any contact listed on their site but have heard nothing since then. I even tried using their
<a href="https://librarians.aps.org/contact">generic Contact form</a> but no dice.

<p class="MsoNormal">I wish I had suggestions for contacts, but I’ve tried every possible contact on their site and am getting nothing.

and had to cancel, and didn't respond to a follow up email. Probably the emergency is ongoing and I understand that. I've sent emails to
