[Eril-l] NIST Library Access and SpringerLink access issues have been reported

This appears to be a fairly wide issue with access control that we are currently fixing with our 3rd level support staff.   There is no advisement for individual clients at the moment other than that we are working rapidly to restore access to all licensed content for our clients.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology is experiencing issues as well.  In the Springer America's title list, we have the full-access message, but when you try to download the PDF you get the pay wall..........please advise.......
