The Washington Post does have an institutional subscription option. I believe they added it in the last year (more or less).

I believe this email address is what we used to make initial contact, but there also seems to be a “submit a request” form option on the site above.

Hi all,
Does anyone have a contact for Washington Post as far as institutional subscriptions go? We have been getting a lot of queries lately. I’ve been pointing folks to the discounted academic subscription but figured I would check out the options.
