[Eril-l] Project Muse website down?

Hi everyone!

We are currently unable to connect to the Project Muse website and keep
getting a "Connection refused by muse.jhu.edu, please try again later."
message. I haven't seen any alerts come in re: PM. Anyone else experiencing
an outage?
