[Eril-l] Best Practices and Policies re: License Renewal

Good afternoon, all,

With renewals in full swing, we're noticing that many vendors send renewals or terms that reference our original license. In some cases these originals are several years old! Are any of you willing to share your policies or best practices in terms of how many years you will allow for 1-year renewals before requesting a new/revised agreement?
