I'm impressed with Cambridge Online's "Send to Kindle" button, which helps people send their PDF downloads to Kindle. Here's what the intermediary page says:
[Cambridge provides a page of instructions to Kindle users linked from their ebook record]

Hello Cindy,

Thank you for your email.

I reported an enhancement request to add Send to Kindle button as on Cambridge Online UI.

All enhancement requests receive a complete review by our product management and engineering teams, and will be looked into for feasibility. If, after review, the enhancement is determined to be feasible it is placed on a schedule for a future release. As we receive many enhancement requests on a daily basis, release dates can vary.

Yes, but we’re in the business of educating patrons. We’d like a page that tells them about Send to Kindle, not just relying on their knowledge of their Kindle options.

Hi Cindy,

Thank you for your email.

On Save pages to PDF option you can see button for Save PDF as well as Send as Email. The Send as Email option should help to send PDF to kindle.

……..
[From VTS:]
Maybe have the Save to PDF menu item have two submenu items – Save to PDF and Send to Kindle.
