[Eril-l] NCTE - College English - new website - new URLs

The National Council of Teachers of English has a new website with new
journal URLs.
Libraries will need to check their Knowledge Base, catalog URLs, and proxy,
etc.

NCTE's flagship journal is The English Journal (1912-present) along with
College English and Language Arts, and eleven other journals.

Sadly, the new website confusingly mixes on pages with library-subscribed
full-text PDF access extra words and icons that suggest the patron must
pay.  Word and icons like: shopping cart icons "subscription only",
"subscribe" and "Login" buttons.  I suspect the carts, and "subscription
only" will confuse patrons who should just click on the gray PDF icon at
the end of titles, and get the full-text already subscribed to by the
