Thank you so much. We'll give it a try. Glad we are not the only ones seeing this.

We've had luck telling students to use private or incognito browser windows. But obviously that's not ideal. I will definitely try out Laurence's suggestion.

Hello

There was a suggestion by Laurence Lockton on the EZproxy list which recommended wrapping your Atypon hosted publishers' stanzas with option directives:

Option DomainCookieOnly
[...]
Option Cookie

SAGE's cookie option was causing another issue. Best advice is to change them all but there are a heck of a lot of clients: https://www.atypon.com/customers/client-directory/<https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.atypon.com%2Fcustomers%2Fclient-directory%2F&data=02%7C01%7Clarrison%40txstate.edu%7Cf3e86b4e9aad4f73718408d7afd95c02%7Cb19c134a14c94d4caf65c420f94c8cbb%7C0%7C0%7C637171220408837862&sdata=mwEpTlteiEJDIj03jP4uWQrx%2BKo133Lk2G5U923M7fk%3D&reserved=0> !

Hi Stephanie,

I haven't personally experienced this problem with T&F but have seen it with Wiley and SAGE. I think it's a problem with the Atypon platform. I've reported it to SAGE and Wiley and will follow up with them on it since it is very annoying.

Is anyone else getting errors such as "tandfonline redirected you too many times" when connecting off campus or via proxy?

I'm seeing it sporadically with Wiley as well, and clearing cookies/cache helps sometime, but many times it does not.

The reports are increasing from our patrons and I don't know how to fix it.
