[Eril-l] [EXT]: tandfonline redirected you too many times

Hi, Stephanie,

I was having this problem as well for Taylor & Francis and Sage, and the
"Option DomainCookieOnly" suggestion was what finally fixed it for me
(thank goodness for Google!).
