Friday? That means we'll have lost three weeks working on our renewal. Are they thinking about extensions to the renewal? We have some data downloaded but it's not the same as being in the live system.

Yes, EBSCO connect is tedious and they should have retained the email feature. If EBSCO is down, how do they expect us to submit cases?

   EBSCOnet is still down?  I wasn't crazy about the end of emailing support, to be replaced by submitting tickets through EBSCO Connect before this happened. If their systems are so vulnerable, I'd prefer being able to email (general) support as an option.  This incident reinforces the benefit of being able to email support at ebsco.com<mailto:support at ebsco.com>   (I know I can email our journal subscriptions person for ebsconet questions).

I've reached out to several of our reps and they are simply saying that they are working around the clock to get it fixed. There hasn't been a status update since Tuesday.

I noticed there were incident reports from Ebsco earlier this week about a service issue with ebsconet.  I haven't seen anything since Tuesday.  I just tried to get to ebsconet and get a Server Error (runtime error) so I'm guessing there is still an issue.  I tried calling customer service, but for the first time ever, there's no one to take my call, please leave a message, etc.

Does anyone have an update?  Any projection as to when this will be fixed?
