so vulnerable, I’d prefer being able to email (general) support as an option. This incident reinforces the benefit of being able to email

<p class="xmsonormal">I noticed there were incident reports from Ebsco earlier this week about a service issue with ebsconet. I haven’t seen anything since Tuesday. I just tried to get to ebsconet and get a Server Error (runtime error) so I’m guessing there
is still an issue. I tried calling customer service, but for the first time ever, there’s no one to take my call, please leave a message, etc.<o:p></o:p></p>
