Our next online training series, which runs for eight weeks starting on May
14, will focus on Agile Product and Project Management for Information
Products and Services

Facilitated by *Chris Shillum* of Swiss House Information, the course will
cover the stages of agile product development, techniques for planning,
managing and tracking agile projects, roles within an agile team, and the
behaviors and processes needed for success.

This training is designed for early-to-mid career professionals who are
developing information products and services for the publishing, library
technology, and scholarly communications communities. Whether developing
free, open-source services for the community or more traditional paid-for
services, participants will learn all about Agile from seasoned
practitioners who have gained hard-won experience about what works and what
doesn’t, including:
