[Eril-l] DOIs and Bloomsbury and proxy

Hello - we just started ordering titles from Bloomsbury Collections Online.  When we proxy a link to the title's "home page", there's a link there to the DOI.  In my testing, that doi link is not proxied, even though I have doi.org in my proxy table.  So the doi link doesn't work.  Is this typical behavior? Do I have something wrong with my forward table? The proxy is III WAM.
