Probably the DNS cache is still pointing to the maintenance web page. You could ask your IT team to force a DNS refresh if it will not refresh.

I’m seeing an Atypon site that says they’re performing maintenance when I try to access Wiley from my library’s A-Z.

It appears (at least to us) that there is something going on with Wiley Online.
We keep getting error messages and timed out, like
This site can’t be reached
