[Eril-l] Wiley slowness/timeouts

About 2 pm, Wiley support said they hoped to have it fixed ‘soon,’ but no timeline for what that meant. It does appear to be a little better – I am at least getting results to load, but still having issues accessing anything.

We’re also seeing slowness and timeouts with Wiley. We can get to the search page but the searches don’t resolve. This is happening on all campuses, and off-campus as well. Attached are screenshots of the errors we’re getting.

Hello,

We have received reports of slow connections to Wiley including some timeouts. I have been able to confirm this with some links resolving in a few seconds, others in a half minute or some and some leading to a Cloudflare page indicating a host (onlinelibrary.wiley.com<http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com>) error.

Has anyone else been having problems connecting to Wiley today?
