[Eril-l] Infobase Films on Demand Chat Popup Feature

Fwiw I asked Infobase if they could remove it and got this response: 

" The pop up help chat is universal and is not tied to any account specifics. We do not have the functionality of turning it off but it is something we possibly will look into in the future. Any questions that should pertain to the library, we will recommend/guide them to the appropriate location."

Thank you for bringing the Films on Demand "live chat" feature to our attention. I had not seen it yet. I just emailed FOD to see if they can hide it for our school too.
I agree it would be confusing for users and I am curious what types of questions they would answer and which they would refer to the home library to answer.
