[Eril-l] Infobase Films on Demand Chat Popup Feature

Thank you for bringing the Films on Demand "live chat" feature to our attention. I had not seen it yet. I just emailed FOD to see if they can hide it for our school too.
I agree it would be confusing for users and I am curious what types of questions they would answer and which they would refer to the home library to answer.
