[Eril-l] ProQuest issue

Good afternoon,

About a month ago, all of our ProQuest electronic routing URLs began having a Cisco prefix on them: https://secure-web.cisco.com

When someone selects the link, it brings up a screen to analyze the link, and then asks the person to select whether they 'trust' the site or not (which are all full-text journal articles).

Our IT department said that it isn't something on our end, but something that ProQuest has included on theirs.

Has anyone else experienced this with ProQuest?
