*Apologies for cross-posting.*

Please note that the Transfer Alerting Service (TAS) has now moved.

The online alerting service is now hosted at the ISSN International Centre.
The core features and functions of the TAS remain the same, however, the
URL is now https://journaltransfer.issn.org (previously
http://etas.jusp.jisc.ac.uk/).

Please update your bookmarks accordingly - a redirect from the old URL was
put in place from September 8th.

If you are a publisher, the ISSN International Centre has set up your
publisher account in its extranet (https://portal.issn.org) which will
enable you to create declarations of transfers. Login and password details
are being distributed separately.

A complete FAQ regarding this change is available online at
https://www.niso.org/standards-committees/transfer/etas and Transfer
compliant publishers are invited to participate in ISSN International
Centre webinars on September 12th and 14th 2018, to learn more about the
new workflow. Please visit https://portal.issn.org for further information.

We appreciate your patience over this transition. If you have any questions
or concerns, please contact the Transfer Standing Committee co-chairs at
the addresses below.

Sincerely,

James Phillpotts (Oxford University Press)
