[Eril-l] EBSCo ebooks - creating new users

This is happening to us as well. There has been some domain and stanza updating that we're working through to see if this resolves the problem but curious to see what others are saying!

Can anyone tell me if they see this same problem, or is it just us?

For users not using EZProxy authentication, but requiring an EBSCO ID: We try to create a new personal EBSCO user in EBSCO ebooks.  No matter what we try for the new password, the red X never goes to a green checkmark to indicate that it's an acceptable password.  I am right, it should change to a green checkmark as soon as you change the password to one that meets the rules, correct?  In any case, we can't create a new account.
