<p class="MsoNormal">For users not using EZProxy authentication, but requiring an EBSCO ID: We try to create a new personal EBSCO user in EBSCO ebooks. No matter what we try for the new password, the red X never goes to a green checkmark to indicate that it’s
an acceptable password. I am right, it should change to a green checkmark as soon as you change the password to one that meets the rules, correct? In any case, we can’t create a new account.<o:p></o:p></p>
