[Eril-l] EBSCO access issues

I've encountered this when the database codes change, or if our URL structure is out of date. I can find our codes in EBSCOadmin on the Databases tab, and the recommended base URL that EBSCO provided me is: https://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?authtype=ip,uid&custid=INSERTCUSTOMERID&profile=ehost&defaultdb=INSERTDBCODE&groupid=main - for example, our Academic Search Complete URL is https://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?authtype=ip,uid&custid=s5672293&profile=ehost&defaultdb=a9h&groupid=main

We're having access issues with DynaMed Plus but none of our other database products. We reported it but are still waiting to hear back on the issue.

We are having the same problems with SPORTdiscus and CINAHL.  We are encountering a login page when accessing from on campus. Don't know that I can offer any insight. We've reported it but have not heard back yet.

Has anyone encountered issues with access to some EBSCO databases but not others? Late last week we noticed issues with our access to Environment Complete, Entrepreneurial Studies Source, and LISTA. When users try to access the database directly, they are taken to a page that asks them to select from a list of databases to search. We are also experiencing issues with journal titles that have availability within those databases; we maintain an A-Z list of electronic journals, and when users find a journal in one of those databases and click the link to the database, they are asked for an ID and password. All of these problems are on-campus, so it doesn't appear to be a proxy issue. Any insights would be much appreciated. Thanks!
