[Eril-l] EBSCOHost databases down?

Hi,

We suddenly noticed our EBSCOHost databases aren't working (via proxy and via direct URL), which is rare for us. Anybody else getting this message?


[*]     We are unable to validate your login credentials. Please contact your institution for assistance. Please note, Referring URL authentication may have been prevented by antivirus or privacy control software. [Authentication Error Code 103]

I tried calling EBSCO but the line was busy, so I emailed a ticket in. I wanted to make sure this is on EBSCO's side, and not some odd firewall problem that is local to my campus.
