[Eril-l] ACS and pay-per-view - would you be interested?

Just took a look at our last invoice for Web Editions and our 2017 COUNTER
JR1, and we're running about $6 per ft use, so I'd guess they would not be
willing to have a pay per view below that.
Most of us probably can't reveal our actual contract price (nondisclosure
agreements) but I don't think anything prohibits us from sharing our cost
per use, so I'd be interested in how ours compares with others.
We're a small university, under 5,000 FTE, without a graduate level program
in chemistry.
