[Eril-l] Standard & Poor's Net Advantage

Our business librarian told me that the old version of NetAdvantage has
been sunset(ted?). That is why the 503 error appears. So, it is time to
upgrade to https://na.capitaliq.com/ip/[yourcodehere]
