We encountered this same issue a couple weeks ago and received a prompt response from the vendor after contacting support.ciq at spglobal.com<mailto:support.ciq at spglobal.com>.  They provided us with a new URL containing our site ID, and they also attached instructions for updating our EZ Proxy stanza.  The biggest frustration is that it appears that they neglected to notify most or all of us regarding the update.

Good Morning,

We have been experiencing issues with our access to Standard & Poor's Net Advantage - we continue to receive the 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error message when attempting to access the main website and the site for usage stats.  This has been an ongoing issue for at least a week, potentially longer.  We have contacted the company without receiving any valuable information or a response after the initial contact made earlier this morning, even though we were assured that they would follow-up later this morning.

We wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue, since it appears to be related to their server and not stemming from anything on our end.
