Hi Susan,

What URL are you using? We are getting the same 503 message at USF. We use this link: http://www.netadvantage.standardandpoors.com/, but they now have a new link - see here https://www.oclc.org/support/services/ezproxy/documentation/db/netadvantage.en.html#par_text_title. We requested our Site ID, but no response so far. The new link with no Site ID seems to work well  (http://na.capitaliq.com/ip), but we will wait for confirmation and a Site ID.

Good Morning,

We have been experiencing issues with our access to Standard & Poor's Net Advantage - we continue to receive the 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error message when attempting to access the main website and the site for usage stats.  This has been an ongoing issue for at least a week, potentially longer.  We have contacted the company without receiving any valuable information or a response after the initial contact made earlier this morning, even though we were assured that they would follow-up later this morning.

We wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue, since it appears to be related to their server and not stemming from anything on our end.
