[Eril-l] Loss of Perpetual Access access to previously subscribed Wiley titles ... since ? platform change

Hello Will,
thanks for letting me know that you all also have *just* lost PA access
since the platform switch .... Sad to say, it was my rep I tried first ...
but getting not much help there (or that I can tell).
If (or, when !!) you get a resolution, do please let me know.
If (or, when ?!) someone from support finally contacts me, I will now
definitely also mention your institution as being an example of another
library possibly/probably suffering the same type of problem.
