[Eril-l] ScienceDirect issues

Good Afternoon,


Our users are reporting issues with connecting to the ScienceDirect platform remotely and I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Once they authenticate through EZProxy the pages take forever to load and once they do they render strangely, without any styling. It is next to impossible to download any articles.


Has this happened to anyone else? If so how did you fix it?
