We use WAM (Innovative Interfaces).


I haven't tried off campus access lately (there were no problems that I am aware of), but I do know we have had ongoing problems embedding video into Canvas. We can add a link without a problem -- but faculty want the video to embed.


I'd say tech support is a good as most other database vendors. We never did get a response to our issues with embedding though. That is on my New Year's resolution list, to start hammering at that problem again.

Has anyone ever set up a trial with Kanopy for on and off-campus access using EZProxy?  Did you have any problems with off-campus access?



Also, if you subscribe to Kanopy, have you had any problems with off-campus access?  Do you feel that their Customer Service is responsive?
