<p>We use WAM (Innovative Interfaces). </p>

<p>I haven't tried off campus access lately (there were no problems that I am aware of), but I do know we have had ongoing problems embedding video into Canvas. We can add a link without a problem -- but faculty want the video to embed.</p>

<p>I'd say tech support is a good as most other database vendors. We never did get a response to our issues with embedding though. That is on my New Year's resolution list, to start hammering at that problem again. </p>
