Hi all,
A common approach for academic library homepages is to present to users a set of search or browse choices (discovery, catalog, e-journals, databases, research guides, etc.). I am curious to know if any of you have done any projects with students to better understand how they view those different choices and what they find confusing about layout, labels and wording, etc. If you have done so and do not mind sharing, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
