[Eril-l] ALA/ALCTS CMERIG Seeking New Officer for 2017-2019

The ALCTS Collection Management and E-Resources Interest Group
(CMERIG) is seeking a volunteer to serve as vice chair (2017-18) /
chair (2018-19). Created in 1991 under the auspices of the Collection
Management Section, CMERIG addresses issues related to collection
management and development of electronic resources, their funding, and

Vice-chair / chair: This position serves a two-year term, as
vice-chair from July 2017 to June 2018 (the close of the ALA 2018
Annual Conference) and as chair from July 2018 to June 2019 (the close
of the ALA 2019 Annual Conference).

Responsibilities include planning and facilitating a conference
session at both the ALA Midwinter and ALA Annual Conferences. Annual
and midwinter conference attendance is strongly encouraged.
