[Eril-l] Anyone else having problems with Oxford journals icons?

Sara made a comment about 'denying access to users'. I haven't noticed
anyone mentioning that it appears that Oxford has removed not only the
free backfiles (usually with a 12 month embargo) for many of their
journals when they were on the Highwire Press platform, but also the
ability to access articles when they had been cited by other articles on
HW.
This would seem to be a big step backward for user access.
