[Eril-l] problems with ScienceDirect: proxy and with 360Link

We were also having problems with ScienceDirect, and I changed the stanza
in our Ezproxy config file to the one on the OCLC site. Someone on the
Ezproxy discussion list shared the stanza they are using and when I changed
ours to what they had, our problem was resolved (students clicking on the
Download PDF would get rerouted to a Purchase page).

OCLC is trying to find a configuration that will work for all countries,
but this is the stanza that is working for us.
