[Eril-l] problems with ScienceDirect: proxy and with 360Link

Shirley,

There was an issue with a change on the ScienceDirect platform requiring an
update to the EZproxy configuration file. Elsevier should be able to give
you details on whether WAM also needs an update.

There is a separate issue that both Elsevier and PQWS (360 Link) are
investigating. Many citations are receiving an "error SD009" in
ScienceDirect. It appears to be related to non-alphanumeric characters in
article titles.
