<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div>Shirley,<br><br></div>There was an issue with a change on the ScienceDirect platform requiring an update to the EZproxy configuration file. Elsevier should be able to give you details on whether WAM also needs an update.<br><br></div>There is a separate issue that both Elsevier and PQWS (360 Link) are investigating. Many citations are receiving an "error SD009" in ScienceDirect. <p class="MsoNormal">All of a sudden we are having 2 problems with ScienceDirect: It won’t work with our proxy server from off-campus (we use WAM) and we keep getting error messages with our link resolver (360Link) when we click on a link to an article.
I thought I saw something on this listserv or another about ScienceDirect also having problems with EZ Proxy, but I don’t remember where.
