[Eril-l] problems with ScienceDirect: proxy and with 360Link

Besides the proxy stanza update, many users in the Summon listserv are reporting issues with accessing articles through 360 link (SD-009 error). They're recommending opening a support case with Ex Libris.

Hi Shirley, ScienceDirect  and Scopus changed their database stanzas for EZProxy on January 26th 2017. You can access the new stanzas to put in your config file from the link below. This solved our problem! - Thanks, Jean

All of a sudden we are having 2 problems with ScienceDirect:   It won't work with our proxy server from off-campus (we use WAM) and we keep getting error messages with our link resolver (360Link) when we click on a link to an article.  I thought I saw something on this listserv or another about ScienceDirect also having problems with EZ Proxy, but I don't remember where.

Is anyone else having problems with ScienceDirect either with WAM or EZ Prozy or your link resolver whether 360Link or another?
