University of Maryland has had numerous problems with IP blocking by ACS
when the ACS ActiveView PDF feature is used. It generatres multiple lines
of duplicate code for fonts, etc. which triggers an exessive session or an
excessive download block. We've reported it to them and have had
conversations with them about. It's a known issue to ACS.
Thanks,
