I also agree that their customer service is excellent. It's very personal,
very "small company eager to please customers" and still at the stage where
they can make changes very quickly. For instance, right after the web
interface came out, one of our librarians noticed that some aspect of how
they used color/links on one screen was confusing, and when I contacted
them they agreed on the spot and changed it within literally hours!
