To expand on yesterday's answer -
We are on Summon 1.0 and LibAnswers 2.0 and have successfully implemented
the slide-out chat widget.
In our Summon Administration Console, we enabled the SpringShare V2 Chat
Widget (set to on) and use the Element ID and Script Source URL boxes to
put the information for the chat widget in. To get the Element ID and
Script Source URL, you need the code for the widget you'd like to embed.
That comes from LibAnswers.
Our widget code looks like this in LibAnswers: <div
id="libchat_6e10794f5a97fb4d202223a2162a2e35"></div><script src="//
v2.libanswers.com/load_chat.php?hash=6e10794f5a97fb4d202223a2162a2e35"></script>
The section marked "div id" is the Element ID - use the code within the
quotes in that box. The Script Source URL is the part labeled "script
src". That should put your chat widget on your Summon page. It should be
an immediate update, so you can check your work immediately.
