[Eril-l] Problem accessing Oxford Journals usage stats

Trying to log in at the url I've been using (
https://access.oxfordjournals.org/oup/login/local.do) results in the
"connection reset" error.

Using the url mentioned by Erin, Mandi, and others (
http://services.oxfordjournals.org/my_account/) causes no issue at all. I
am successful in logging in to our account and when I click on the Usage
stats link I am taken right to the Usage Reports page.
