Just now we discovered that is JSTOR misbehaving oddly, as in asking for payment for articles in collections we subscribe to, or giving straight-up error messages. I tried clearing my browser cache and was able to load one article, then the problems started again. Happens with both the proxy link and the direct link. Just wondering if anybody else is having trouble. I put in an error message as I wasn't able to get through on the phone.

Our school operates on the Block Plan where students take one class at a time for 3 ½ weeks and we're in the last few days of the Block, which means students are desperate for articles as they finish their papers. Not a good time for JSTOR to be unavailable.
