[Eril-l] Creating PDFs with DRM

As a temporary solution, our Systems Manager adds PDF ebooks to our proxy
server. The link comes out looking like this and requires our patrons to
sign in with their campus credentials:

https://libproxy.scu.edu/limited/planetizenguide2015.pdf

If you have ebook collections through ProQuest (e.g., their Academic
Complete collection), they'll give you access to their DASH service free of
charge, which has the capability to host PDFs behind the proxy.
